•Has worked for medical devices companies such as Baxter, Guidant (now Boston Scientific), Pall Life Sciences and Medtronic
•Has held senior management and corporate positions in Quality and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) in several companies
•Has been implementation leader for continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) programs at three (3) different companies
•Lean Six Sigma certified as Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt and Trainer
•Other former certifications such as ASQ CQE and ASQ CQA
